Certificate of OriginIt is a document that proves in which country a product is produced. This document, used in foreign trade, shows the origin of a product, i.e. its origin, and plays an important role in customs transactions, trade agreements, and preferential trade regimes. In our country, the blank version of the document is available from Chambers of Commerce, Chambers of Industry or Exporters' Unions and is again approved by these institutions.

Ministry of Trade, announced the updated list of countries that regulate their origin and circulation documents electronically.

The list of countries where the origin and circulation documents announced on September 14, 2023 were edited electronically was reorganized, along with the latest updates.

Until September 29, 2023, the names and related types of documents were published in countries that notified the Ministry of Commerce that they had issued their documents of origin and circulation electronically.

Documents arranged electronically will not invalidate documents arranged by traditional methods, and documents of origin and circulation issued in accordance with the laws in the countries listed may be accepted after inspections by customs authorities.
