Happy

According to the research results conducted by TÜIK, 61.3% of the country was happy. Even more beautiful was 56.6% last year. The proportion of individuals who declared themselves unhappy dropped from 11.4% to 10.4%.

Women are happier
The happiness rate in women rose from 60.2% in 2015 to 64.5% in 2016. In men, this rate increased from 52.9% to 58.1%.

Middle age is less happy
Looking at happiness by age, the highest happiness rate in 2016 was seen in the 18-24 age group with 65.1%, while the lowest happiness rate was observed in the 35-44 age group with 58.2%.

Ignorance brought happiness?
Non-graduated from any school: 63.5%
Primary school graduate: 62.9%
Primary or secondary school graduate: 61.4%
Graduate of higher education: 60.2%
High school and equivalent school graduate: 57.8%
