Most Entrepreneurial Sector: Services

When the employment and entrepreneurship figures were examined, the highest share of all sectors was the service sector.
According to the 2015 figures announced by TÜIK, 41.7% of active enterprises were in the service sector and 38.8% were in the trade sector. In employment, the service sector accounted for 36.8% of total employment; the employment share of the industry sector was 28.8%.
In Ciro maintenance, the trade sector ranked first with 41.7%. The rate the services sector received from turnover was 15.7%.
When the numbers are examined, it is possible to say that the services sector retains its appeal to investors and is successful in creating employment. However, when looking at the share it receives in terms of turnover, it seems that it is not able to capture the expected rates.
