Eisenhower Matrix
His full name is Dwight D. Eisenhower was a statesman who lived between 1890 and 1969 and served as the 34th president of the United States. He was Nato's first commander-in-chief in 1951.
The default time management matrix developed by Eisenhower is fairly simple and useful. Only two parameters are mentioned in this matrix. They are urgent and important. According to these parameters, it is expressed when and how a job will be done.
If a job is both urgent and important, it is recommended to do it immediately. However, if it is not both urgent and important, it is recommended to do it later.
