The system will provide electronic communication of users of the "VAT Return Process Tracking and Evaluation Unit" and the tax office, which is set up to evaluate applications.

During the evaluation and conclusion of applications received through the system, necessary analyses are performed to determine where the disruptions experienced during the VAT return process are concentrated and necessary measures are planned to be taken.
