What is a Support Management System (DYS)?

The Support Management System (DYS), one of the most important digital transformation projects that the Ministry of Commerce has conducted in the last 10 years, is the content management system that allows application, evaluation/resulting and reporting/analysis processes to be conducted on the internet and on a single platform with DIR, HİR, VRHIB, Turquality and State Support (exports and services).

All stages of applications for government support for exports of goods and services, the Inward Processing Regime, the Outward Processing Regime, Tax, Duty and Fee Exemptions, and export loans not requiring a certificate are handled through DYS, from initial submission to conclusion. Beneficiaries must be registered in the system and authorize the users who will carry out procedures on their behalf in order to submit applications through DYS. From 01/01/2021, new applications are accepted only through the Support Management System.

By logging into the Support Management System Export You can forward applications for support, Agricultural Return Supports, Inclusive Processing Regime, Exceptional Processing Regime and Tax-Picture-Charge Exception Practices online, and follow the processes and support amounts of applications through the system.

All real and legal persons and cooperation organizations defined under the above-mentioned legislation may use the Support Management System. The company, institution, organization, and persons who will use the system are expressed as BENEFITS throughout the system.
