About the Project

Support for Registered Women Employment Project (Women-Up) is a financial support project co-financed by the Republic of Turkey and the European Union and run by the Social Security Agency. As part of the project, 4,000 female employers who meet the requirements in the application provinces will benefit from financial support. The total amount of financial support is approximately 25 million Euros ( Euro).

Goals of the project:

Supporting women's participation in the workforce and registered employment,
Promoting women's entrepreneurship,
To create new job opportunities by improving the professional skills and employability of female employees.

Target Mass of the Project

Employers who have been established after 05.03.2012 of women entrepreneurs and have employed a maximum of 9 workers and who have taken female workers in addition to them constitute the target audience of the project.

How Much Is Financial Support?

The amount of support to employers who qualify for financial support under the project is up to the net minimum wage amount (TRY 3,984 for 2022), not exceeding 65% of an employee's total cost to the employer. The amount based on the total cost of an employee to the employer is the minimum wage. During the project implementation, an average of 4,000 female employers will be given financial support for 20 months.

Which Provinces Can Benefit From Financial Support Practice?

The provinces to provide support under the project were selected according to regional differences, taking into account the density of female employers. These provinces: Ankara, Istanbul, Denizli, Aydin, Samsun, Kahramanmaraş and ŞanlıurfaIt is.
