Communique on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Importation

In the Official Gazette dated 31.10.2010, two "Committee on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Importation" was published.

1- People's Republic of China (CHC)-derived 9613.20.90.00.00 "fillable gas pocket lighters (other ignition-systems)" registered under the customs tariff statistical position (GTIP)İn Anti-dumping measures in import..
2- People's Republic of China (CHC) 5903.20.10.10.00, 5903.20.10.90.00, 5903.20.90.10.00, 5903.20.90.90.00 Under customs tariff statistical positions (GTP), "mensucat is impregnated, plastered, coated or laminated with polyurethane-  The exact measure against dumping for skin imitation/others" (Sani Leather).
3-Prevention subject item CHC-derived 9607.11 and  9607.19 customs tariff registered under statistical positions (GTIP) Zippers.
4-Prevention subject item 7408.11 The "copper wires" under the Customs Tariff Position (GTP) are those of refined copper, with the widest place of the transverse cross section exceeding 6 mm.
