As of January 01, 2011, the INCOTERMS 2010 rules will begin to apply.

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) enacted its new regulations on delivery patterns under the name INCOTERMS 2010 from 01 January 2011.

Unlike the previous version, 4 delivery forms have been repealed and 2 new delivery forms have been replaced.

According to INCOTERMS 2010, the new delivery forms are arranged as follows;
Pre-screened Delivery Shapes for all transport types: EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP
Pre-seen Delivery Shapes for marine and inland water transport types: FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF
