New Regulation Mail and Fast Cargo Communique Renewed in Customs Transactions

With the new Communique published in the Official Gazette Communique on Customs Transactions of Goods Carried by Mail and Fast Cargo"Important changes have been made. Accordingly:

2. Customs procedures of fast cargo goods transported by air only the airport Customs Directorates will be carried out.

3. Consignment export operations, using specified exemption and regime codes, by adding proforma invoice and Simplified customs declaration It will be done over.
   Items sent to the convent Must be sold within one year from the date of export There will be; this time It cannot be extended.
   Items that cannot be sold, It will be brought back in accordance with customs legislation And in this case Provisions of Article 13 of the Communique will apply.
4. Transport certificates under simplified customs declaration now It will be evaluated separately.
   If the same type of error is involved in multiple cents, administrative fine (Law 241/1) only for a declaration will apply.
