Standard warehouses of Greek license plate commercial vehicles Exemption to apply to the amount of fuel to be imported ABOUT DECISION Purpose and scope Article 1 – (1) This Decision shall apply to the amount of duty-free fuel in standard repositories during the entry of Turkish license plate commercial vehicles into Greece. 9/6/2010 In order to respond to the limitation imposed from its date on the basis of reciprocity, Greece covers the principles on the fuel limitation to be brought to vehicles with license plates. Customs procedures Article 2 – (1) 29/9/2009 Article 96 of the Decree dated 2009/15481 on the Implementation of Certain Articles of Customs Law No. 4458 nci The amount of fuel related to the standard storage exemption set out in paragraph one of the article, commercial vehicles with Greek license plate and special Containers It is applied as a maximum of 200 litres. In cases exceeding this amount, the provision of the third paragraph of the same article shall apply. Effectiveness Article 3 – (1) This Decision takes effect on the date of its publication. Executive Article 4 – (1) This Decision shall be governed by the Minister to whom the Undersecretariat of Customs is bound. |
