About the Green Passport Passport Documents to be Presented and Considered for Operations to be Performed at the Directorate
1- What to do in cases of loss of green passport, theft, damage, filling of pages and name change
The person directly applies to the provincial population and citizenship directorate of his/her place of residence, and his/her passport is renewed, provided that he/she has the remaining period of his/her passport.
2- What to do if the green passport form is lost
A petition is filed with the Passport Directorate to make a dream of the current quota. Note: In order to apply, the lost form must expire for a validity period of 60 days, and if the deadline is not up, the deadline must be expected.

4- What to do for green passport renewal
Due to the visa regime of the countries, in the event that the passport period is less than 6 months, the firm petitions the Passport Directorate to cancel the passport so that it can be renewed.

Note: After the cancellation process has taken place by our Directorate, a new application must be made to the Exporters' Union, which the firm depends on if the quota is available.
5- What to do if the official with the green passport leaves the job

Note: After the cancellation process has taken place by our Directorate, a new application must be made to the Exporters' Union, which the firm depends on if the quota is available.
Important: In the event of leaving the job or leaving the partnership, notification must be made within 3 Business days. In the event that the notification is under the obligation of the firm or not, the firm and the departing person cannot benefit from the right to a Personal Stamped Passport granted to the exporters for a period of 4 years. Passports used by other representatives of the firm who provide late notice are used until the expiration of the current period and cannot apply before the expiration of the penalty period.
6- What to do if the green passport holder leaves the partnership

Note: In cases of death, there is no requirement to notify within 3 business days and the firm is not penalized.
9- what to do in case of title / type / type change
the Directorate General of Exports ihrebys@ticaret.gov.tr notification must be made. Our Ministry Kep address ticaretbakanligi@hs01.kep.tr It is important to specify a green passport to the subject title.
