THE POWER OF IMZA
The Turkish Language Agency defined the signature as "the sign that someone always uses in the same way to indicate that they have written or approved any document."
In the event of any dispute, the forensic institution is consulted to obtain an accurate and reliable result from handwritten and signature examinations. It is imperative that minimum rules be followed in signature reviews. In addition, it is very important that the person who conducted the study devotes time to the study with expertise (to have knowledge and experience), attention and experience.
Under Turkish law, there is no form requirement in the signature. As a method, the name must be in the form of a surname or the first letter of the name and the handwriting in the form of a surname. It is usually thrown where the text ends and binds the signature holder.
We hear from time to time in the press that employees are being faked over documents that have been signed in their workplaces, or that employees are being signed on someone else's behalf. Often in fear of losing your job, unintentionally employees become tools of crime and are under almost impossible debt to pay. Therefore, do not rush the documents that are meant to be signed to you, but sign them after you have read them all. Do not sign documents other than your knowledge, even if they are not in your name.
