Foreign Trade Logistics Officer

Qualities sought:

(a) Has a higher education on the subject

b) Knowledge and skills related to office computer programs

c) A well-founded (2nd language preference)

d) Has knowledge of foreign trade, customs legislation and customs clearance procedures

e) Has previously worked in the import/export operations department (one who has worked in shipping companies now wants to work on the customer side is preferred reason)

Job description:

a) Receiving orders through the sales team, entering the system through CRM and making it ready for shipment

b) To follow up on the stock and make the necessary initiatives for its supply

c) To be in intensive communication with overseas sales teams

d) Organizing and storing the necessary documents of the uploads to Foreign Trade

e) Managing transactions related to foreign trade, customs brokers, shipping, inspection, insurance, etc., and ensuring that the best service is supplied on the most favorable terms

f) Regular checking of customer balances; agreeing with customers and accounting department

g) Conducting conformity control of orders in terms of price, maturity, risk, accuracy of material quantities

h) Preparation of all reports requested by the top management in relation to its subject matter

i) Conducting transactions with group firms or other supplier factories related to orders subject to transit trade
