Appendix to Decree No. 95/7606 of 20/12/1995.
The Council of Ministers decided on 18/10/2010 to bring the annexed “Additional Decision to the Import Regime Decision” into force, upon the State Ministry’s letter dated 18/10/2010 and numbered 38335, pursuant to Article 1 of Law No. 1567 dated 20/2/1930, Article 2 of Law No. 474 dated 14/5/1964, Article 2 of Law No. 3283 dated 6/5/1986, Articles 16, 22 and 55 of Law No. 4458 dated 27/10/1999, and the provisions of Law No. 2976 dated 2/2/1984.
Additional decision on import regime decision
Article 1 – (1) In addition to the Import Regime Resolution (I) enacted by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated 20/12/1995 and numbered 95/7606, the following table has amended the customs tariff statistical position (G.T.I.P.) and the name of the mentioned articles as shown in the customs duties.
